So, welcome to our blog. I hope Kate and I can use this to our advantage and share what we are going through on a daily basis as new parents. We will go through struggles, milestones and growing bellies in the next seven and a half months!! (I hope its just HER belly!) We found out that Kate was pregnant on Dec. 17th, my sister’s b-day. As of this moment it has been a week and 2 days. We have told all of our Virginia family except my brother. The reason we didn’t tell my bro is because he went home (to PA) for Christmas and we didn’t want him to be tempted to accidently slip. You see, we’re going home with our good friends J n J and their little boy on Thursday night (the 28th). Our families are closeknit and traditional/sentimental and this is our first child. Also both of our parents first grandchild. The excitement has been killing us, but it will be worth it when we get to see their faces! Hopefully Kate will tell you more, but so far she is doing very well!! She does have some sickness and headaches here and there. So, I’ve had to take care of her lately, which is okay because I need some mercy and hospitality training! I love her to death and will take care of her as much as she needs!! ‘Til we write again…
