Oh man, where do I start?
Here goes a major brain unload…
Do you feel a tug every now and then to do something different? Working somewhere else, helping in a different ministry or just doing a total 180-out of your comfort zone-I’m crazy if I do it… change. (is that a question?) Maybe just such a random thought for myself and I don’t know if it’s a question or an answer.
I was out of town this past weekend for Memorial Day. Aaron, Abigail, Kerrigan, Walker (the dog) and I packed up the car and hit the road-off to Erie, PA we went. It was fun, but I gotta tell you, I didn’t use my brain one time! You know how you engage is work, reading, school, etc… this past weekend-nothing & today (back to work) I’m totally spent by 1pm due to the fact that I think I forgot how to stay engaged for a whole day of work. Too many days off will do that to you, I guess. All I can say is WOW! I watched my husband keep up on his reading and studying while we were in PA, but me…. No way-vegged out, watched TV, ate junk food, visited with family (mostly Sara) & did nothing! NG! (not good)
So is my brain playing tricks on me with the different direction stuff? Or do I really hear God’s voice saying, “I have more out there for you” ?
Time will tell, and that’s what I’m waiting on, His voice.
I pray that His voice speaks loud and clear when His time is right.
Thank you Jesus…. For everything!
